I think its very important that I let you know that both Mike and Demetri (pardon my spelling) were outstanding on your behalf. They were extremely courteous, professional and that's despite my two small dogs that challenged their work every step of the way. I had my own business for 20 years and I know how special it is to have people represent you, that will do the kind of job you would be doing in their place.

My cleaning company mentioned yesterday that they dusted the whole upstairs with a duster and there was barely any dirt at all on the duster. I also notice less coughing, stuffy noses and allergy-like symptoms. I attribute all of this to your duct cleaning service. It definitely costs more than other services but I believe you get what you pay for. The men spent almost 5 hours cleaning the duct work in the house, they were very professional, neat, and did a great job.

I just want to say thanks for everything. The two gentlemen that came to my house to do the work were excellent. If I had questions they explained how everything worked and they were very respectful. I thought I would pass along the good word. I will have them back any time I need to have the system cleaned. I hope that you will pass it on to the guys. I was really impressed with Armstrong from my initial estimate call to the completion of the work. The employees were knowledgeable and very respectful. He was courteous, went out of his way to move furniture and return it to it's proper location, and did a fantastic job cleaning my vents. Bruce and Tom arrived promptly and were very friendly and efficient. They explained the cleaning process and showed me how to install the filters. I am not in a habit of writing emails like this…. But I really felt like Bruce and Joel went above and beyond what we were expecting. We were very happy with work done on the dryer vents. Bruce and Joel did a very thorough job, cleaned up great afterwards and went beyond what we were expecting by helping with minor repairs and super clogged vents etc. I don’t think the dryer vents have ever been thoroughly cleaned here and it was not an easy job. Bruce and Joel had great attitudes and were a pleasure to work with! I am hoping we have the opportunity to work with them again. I will definitely recommend your company to other people. Thank you!

They arrived on time, were very professional and courteous, and most importantly, our new dryer is now performing as a new dryer! Mike even put better tape on my interior hose connection leading from the dryer, which I appreciate. I'm sure no more lint will leak into the wall cavity now.
